Parker LDO Modernization Survey
Thank you for your interest in the Parker LDO Modernization project. This survey provides examples of development standards that the LDO regulates. The LDO Modernization project will address other regulations -- such as zoning districts and uses ("what goes where") and procedures (e.g., how applications are decided) -- during the two-year process.
This survey depicts built examples of development standards in Parker, describes why the elements are important and asks for your opinion about how strict our Town's standards should be. As you respond, please remember that:
Our development standards protect our community character and quality
CLOSED: This survey has concluded. Please check back for the next opportunity to provide important feedback on the LDO Modernization project!
