Welcome to the 2019 Civic Academy! Through a series of presentations, tours, hands-on demonstrations and other activities, you will be part of a behind-the-scenes look at the Town of Parker’s government, departments, services and engagement opportunities.

Over the course of the academy, you will gain...

  • An understanding of your role in local government

    For Week 3, we will begin by taking a walking tour of the downtown area. Class will meet at Town Hall in Council Chambers. We will be leaving promptly at 6:00 p.m. and returning to Town Hall after the tour. Please wear or bring comfortable shoes for walking.
