About the Program
Parker residents may claim up to a 5-gallon container’s worth of free salt for use this winter through the Town of Parker’s Bucket O’ Salt Program. Organized by the Engineering and Public Works Department, this program aims to promote clear and safe sidewalks and driveways around the community.
Participants must have a Parker mailing address in the 80134 or 80138 ZIP codes and provide their own bucket (no paint cans). Only one registration per residence will be accepted. Businesses are not eligible for participation.
Pick-up sessions at the Public Works Operations Center, 9045 Tammy Lane, are scheduled for:
3 to 7 p.m. Dec. 12 and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Dec. 13. Registration has reached capacity.
3 to 7 p.m. Jan. 9 and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Jan.10. Registration opens on this page Jan. 2.
3 to 7 p.m. Feb. 6 and 8 a.m. to 4 p.m. Feb. 7. Registration opens on this page Feb. 2.
All dates are weather permitting. Re-schedule dates will be planned for the December and January sessions, if necessary. Public Works staff will provide assistance during distribution events.
