New Communities on the Horizon!

The Anthology North and Looking Glass (more commonly known as Hess Ranch) planned residential communities are the largest remaining development on the horizon in the Town. Over the past twenty years, the Town of Parker worked with the property owners to annex and zone over 2,000 acres of undeveloped land for residential, mixed use, and commercial land uses. Now, the owners have expressed an interest in moving forward with a portion of the approximately 6,400 residential units that will include a variety of desirable housing types, as well as mixed-use and commercial developments. Residential development is projected to start construction within a five to ten-year timeframe.

The zoning of these two properties aligns with the Parker 2035 Master Plan, which is the Town’s policy document that guides growth and development within its municipal boundaries.
