Next to the Rowley Downs entrance I would like to see a xeriscape garden with native grasses and plants that do well in Colorado.

More open space
Can Parker and/or Douglas County buy up some land so we can just preserve it in perpetuity to enjoy nature's bounty? Getting concerned with all the development. We don't want to love Parker to death. :)

Deceleration lane at PCK
Put in a deceleration lane lane at PCK school so people are not blocking the whole right lane during drop off and pick up times.

Mixed Use Downtown
Similar to Stapleton, future Ridgegate development, develop all available land with retail, restaurants, condos and paths. Build a bridge from Pine Curve to the library to connect the two spaces.

Make the ground floor (street side) of the brick building across fro Parker Panache and Fika RETAIL SHOPS instead of offices!
