    How old do you have to be to use the weight room(s) at the Recreation Center and Fieldhouse?

    Children ages 13 and 14 are required to complete a Youth Fitness Equipment Certification in order to access the weight room and cardiovascular equipment areas. Children 13 and 14 must be directly supervised by an adult in the cardio, weight and stretching areas. Children 12 and under are not permitted in these areas (includes small children and infants in carriers).
