Parker 2050 Moves Toward Adoption

It’s an exciting time for the Town of Parker as the Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan reaches an important milestone – moving forward for adoption this September. After extensive planning and community input, the updated plan reflects the vision, priorities and needs of our community and will help guide Parker’s future for years to come.

The Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan provides a long-range vision for how our community will grow and evolve, with guidance on topics including land use, transportation, economic vitality, sustainability, and quality of life. Community input has been at the heart of the process, helping shape a plan that reflects what residents value about Parker today and their vision for its future.

The Planning Commission adoption hearing will be held Thursday, Sept. 10, followed by the Town Council adoption hearing on Monday, Sept. 21. Residents are encouraged to attend and be part of this exciting next step for Parker.
