Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan Adopted – Thank You, Parker!

After nearly two years of planning, collaboration and community engagement, the Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan has officially been adopted!

Parker 2050 reflects the community’s vision and priorities for the future and provides long-range policy direction for how Parker will grow, evolve and invest over the next 20+ years. The Plan addresses land use, housing, sustainability and resiliency, transportation, economic vitality and other important topics that shape the community.

Community input was central to the Parker 2050 planning process. Residents, businesses, community partners and Town staff participated throughout the project, while the Planning Commission and Town Council provided direction at key milestones. Together, this input helped shape the community values, goals and strategies found throughout the Plan.

Thank you to everyone who participated and helped shape Parker 2050. Your time, ideas and feedback were an important part of creating a plan that reflects Parker today and looks ahead to its future.

With adoption complete, this Let’s Talk Parker project page will remain available as a record of the planning and engagement process. The adopted Parker 2050 Comprehensive Plan and future Plan information will be available on the Town’s website.
