Meet the Winner

Congratulations to Kira Parker, winner of the 250/150/45 Logo Contest!

The circular logo is navy, red, and tan. The outer navy ring features "USA 250 Years" and "Colorado 150 Years." The central tan circle features a large red letter C with navy lettering reading "Town of Parker 45 years."

"I wanted to capture the essence of both American pride and Colorado pride while having the focus still be on Parker itself," the designer wrote about the entry that took the top spot among 552 final round votes. "I included the stars and colors to represent the United States and represented Colorado with the classic 'C' in our flag. While each anniversary is listed the main focus is on Parker's anniversary to show Parker pride as well. I also wanted it to feel vintage and nostalgic with this being an anniversary logo."

You'll see this logo in print and digital forms and at special events throughout 2026 to commemorate the 250th anniversary of the United States, 150th anniversary of Colorado’s statehood and 45th anniversary of Parker’s incorporation. Its first use will be as our annual sticker design, dropping in March, so keep watch on our channels for when they arrive.

We'd like to again recognize the other finalists: Joe Casanova, Janice Green, Edie Clay, Betsy Snakard and Will Freyschlag, and thank all contest participants and everyone who voted.
