Redevelop strip mall Parker rd and mainstreet
Love to see Many of these stores move and redesign with higher end shopping and restaurants. With entrance on Parker rd would be attractive for many retailers. Goodwill needs to be relocated to another area of town.

Indoor Botanical Garden Park
Calgary Canada has an indoor botanical garden/park with dining, shopping and bars. More “Colorado” drink & dine options in downtown
Think Pearl Street in the Platte Park neighborhood. Local ice cream, juice bar, farm to table, variety of restaurants, craft brew, etc. Variety breeds excitement, just look at farmers market days!

Invest in a pair of automated van's that just run up and down Mainstreet to the Light Rail station in Ridgegate
I bet more folks would visit Parker to walk our mainstreet and indulge if those vans ran every 20 minutes from 6:30am to midnight or so.

Say No to More Apartments
Now that Parker has an overabundance of apartments, our hometown is way overcrowded. Apartments provide high-density living which ruins quality of life, especially in the way of traffic and pollution. The reckless building of new apartments has no end in sight and eventually, the entire town will suffer from this uncontrolled growth. Please protect Parker by putting an end to the constant building of high-density apartment buildings. Parker has just about lost its hometown feeling. Now is the time to act before it is lost forever.
